We hope that you will be happy with our service. If not, please email us at email@example.com so that we can investigate your complaint and try to send you our response within 28 days.
If we have not resolved your complaint within 8 weeks, you can ask the Legal Ombudsman to consider your complaint. You can find further information on the Ombudsman at www.legalombudsman.org.uk and you can contact them by telephone on 0300 555 0333, by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by post at PO Box 6806 Wolverhampton WV1 9WJ.
If you want the Ombudsman to consider your complaint, you will normally need to contact them: within six months of the date on which you receive our final written response about your complaint; and within six years of the date on which the problem occurred; or if outside this period, within three years of the date on which you should reasonably have been aware of the problem.
The Solicitors Regulation Authority can help you if you are concerned about our behaviour, for example due to dishonesty, taking or losing your money or treating you unfairly because of your age, a disability or other characteristic.
